Ingredients
2 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs cacao powder
½ banana (frozen is ideal, but not necessary)
4-5 ice blocks
80g natural yoghurt
⅓ cup low-fat milk (or alternative)
⅓ cup filtered water
Instructions
Simply add all ingredients into a high-powered blender, blitz, pour into a glass and enjoy!
