Philosophy

Moving Nutrition harmonizes the evidence-based science of nutrition,

mindset and wellness with your intuition.

We see you as a whole person.

When you work with us, we view health from a variety of angles. We truly believe that health is holistic! Nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, biochemistry and physical activity are all important.

We believe in food as pleasure, and nourishment.

A healthy relationship with food and your body is essential. We work with your unique needs, preferences and lifestyle to simultaneously support your body, goals and mindset. Our approach encourages self-compassion and a natural realignment with real foods.

We support your innate healing power.

Following the principles of integrative medicine, the body has an innate capacity for healing and the primary goal should be to support and facilitate that process.

We believe education is empowerment.

We work with you to understand your body’s unique biochemistry and nutritional needs. We guide you towards self-empowerment and confidence in navigating the complex and often manipulating diet and health industry.
