Looking for the perfect transition smoothie to take you from winter to summer!? This is it! This Spice-y Chai Smoothie combines that sought-after creamy comfort of winter with the cool, freshness of summer.

Spice-y Chai Smoothie

A refreshing, creamy smoothie that will take you from winter to summer.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Black tea
  • 170g Vanilla bean yogurt
  • 150g Almond milk
  • ¾ tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • ½ tsp Ginger, ground
  • ¼ tsp Clove, ground
  • ¼ tsp Cardamon, ground
  • 3x Ice cubes
  • 2x Dates, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp Raw honey

Instructions

  1. Add ⅓ cup of boiling water to a mug and soak the black tea bag for around 3 minutes.
  2. Transfer black tea and add all other ingredients to a high speed blender (I use my Thermo).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a glass and,
  5. Enjoy!

I used the vanilla bean yoghurt by five:am for this recipe. However, any vanilla bean yoghurt could be used.
