FREE Starter Gym Workout Program with Video Demo

Hi beautiful,

I’m super excited (and a tad nervous) to release this FREE gym workout program for you. It includes a demo video, which I’ve uploaded to YouTube. I’m fresh to this video-thing, and having just given birth in the past year, I’m feeling pretty shy and a tad self-conscious, naturally. But I’m overcoming my fear of the camera and putting myself onto the screen to hopefully inspire and empower you to also step up and make positive change!

So grab your free download by clicking here: free-starter-gym-workout

And head over to YouTube and leave some feedback in the comments area! I would love to know whether you enjoy these videos and would like to see more?

The starter gym workout is a single session, full-body workout program suited to those getting back into exercise and with prior gym experience. For further information, read the download and watch the demo video prior to commencing your workout.

H A P P Y T R A I N I N G !

In the meantime, follow my back-to-fit journey after bub (& chronic sleep deprivation…) and connect with me on Instagram.

While I am a qualified personal trainer, this program does not displace the personalized advice or recommendations from your medical doctor or other health professional. This is a generic program and does not take into consideration your unique needs and requirements. Always check with a qualified professional to determine whether this program is safe and appropriate for you.
